With over two decades of leadership experience spanning corporate HR, management consulting, and executive search, Debraj is the advisor that C-suite leaders turn to when the problem is complex, the stakes are high, and the path forward is unclear. His career is defined by the duality of his experience. Prior to his current role, he was a Senior Partner at Salto Dee Fe Consulting Ltd, a leading.HR consulting firm. Before consulting, he built his leadership credentials in corporate environments — at the Max Group (Max Life and Max BUPA), and Magma Fincorp — where he ran consequential HR functions in financial services and retail. Earlier he worked at Hewitt Associates (now Aon) with focus on the financial services and manufacturing sectors. This foundation means he enters every consulting engagement with something most advisors lack: he knows what it feels like to own the outcome.
